Access to certain features (such as Carfax or AutoCheck reports) is based on a token or subscription system. Each report request deducts a fixed number of tokens from your account balance, or is covered under your active subscription. Tokens are non-refundable once used.
Subscription plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but partial refunds for unused periods are not provided.
